I’m a personal trainer based in Manchester, with over five years of experience helping clients achieve sustainable fat loss without restrictive diets or unrealistic training plans.

I specialise in helping people across Manchester lose body fat, build strength and improve confidence, whether you’re completely new to training or looking to take your results to the next level. Every programme is tailored to your lifestyle, schedule, and experience level.
With a background in amateur boxing and university-level basketball at Leeds Beckett, my approach combines performance, structure, and enjoyment to build strong, confident, and healthy bodies.
I’m currently based at Gym 72 in Manchester City Centre, offering personal training in a private, focused environment designed to help you get the best results possible.
